That mustard gin... thank me later:
2 parts James Gin American Ramstud "mustard" gin
1 part extra dry vermouth
1 part olive brine
1/2 part pickle juice
A few dashes of orange bitters
Shake with crushed ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an olive and a cornichon.
If you like it spicy, add some black pepper and a spoonful of your favorite hot sauce. So f-ing good!
