- 50ml American Mustard Gin
- 25ml Cointreau
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Mustard Syrup (3 Parts Simple Syrup, 1 part Yellow Mustard)
- 75ml Soda
- 5 dashes of celery bitters
- Shake all ingredients over ice (not the soda), add the soda once shaken and then strain into ice filled tall glass, garnish with dill and parsley.
