0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Campari
HOW IT'S MADE
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake, then strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
WHAT IT'S LIKE
Campari and grapefruit juice alongside the light fruity and peppery notes of the gin combine to make something that's both just sweet enough and just bitter enough.
